SAYE acquires minority shareholding in small and medium-sized companies, with whose ownership intends to develop the activity pursued through internal growth and/or through acquisition of assets and other shares considered strategic.
SAYE acquires majority shareholding in companies that are accurately selected and that show
- A consolidated history
- An adequately competitive position on the market
- Sales of up to 200 million euros
- Assets and property of up to 400 million euros
SAYE acquires shareholding in investment projects also in partnership, directly or though its subsidiary/associated companies.
