SAYE Real Estate is SAYE’s Business Unit performing investment and co-investment projects in small and medium-sized Real Estate plans, both in Italy and abroad.
Strengthened by a consolidated experience, SAYE invests directly both on new projects and renewal, as well as it acquires shareholding in Real Estate investment projects together with other partners.
SAYE can act both as a simple co-investor and as an investor and coordinator of any activity connected with the project and with the fulfillment of the investment.
SAYE can also take on the role of Administrator and Manager of the Real Estate property, providing service aiming at the enhancement, rationalization and management of the real estate assets.
