SAYE Service is SAYE’s Business Unit which proposes services for strategic and managerial consulting to the entrepreneur in a small or medium-sized company, interested in availing him/herself of one single, qualified partner, constantly available, committed and dedicated to the best, most serious and concrete professional satisfaction of its own needs in terms of:
- Organization and dynamic re-organization of structures for company control;
- Planning, support, management and control of projects of moving assets and shares;
- Business processes analysis together with the relevant reorganization aiming at the optimization of flows and management effectiveness;
- Implementation, management and control of activities of strategic and managerial reporting;
- Organization, planning, support, management and control of projects related to generational handover and variations in property set-up, also identifying and involving new share trading, taking advantage of the best managers in the sector of reference, carefully selected with an eye to temporary management, and motivated with incentives on the basis of results effectively achieved;
- Evaluation of, distribution and management of real estate assets.
SAYE proposes strategic and managerial consulting services for small and medium-size companies in terms of:
- Administration, finance and management control;
- Restructuring of companies, negotiations with creditors, divestments of assets and shareholding, restructuring of bank debt;
- Identification of new associates, LBO and MBO operations, mezzanine finance;

Moreover, SAYE may also take on the role of Sole Director of a company, dealing with any aspect relative to the company management.
